How to Submit a Claim
- Contact us as soon as possible after delivery — note any visible damage on the paperwork you sign at delivery if you can.
- Email Info@txmovingandstorage.com or call 1-866-896-6846 to start a claim.
- Include your move date, a description of the item(s) affected, and photos if available.
- A member of our team will review the claim and follow up with next steps.
What to Expect
Claims are reviewed based on the coverage selected for your move. If you purchased additional coverage through our insurance options, that policy's terms apply; otherwise, basic carrier liability applies as described in your moving documents. We will explain which applies to your move when you submit a claim.
